It always makes a nice change to read a report that includes the kind of longhaul economy travel that most people have to put up with.
I flew Finnair about 20 years ago from Beijing to Helsinki. The food was as indifferent as the menus you described in your report. The alcohol, however, seemed to be plentiful and was then free.
Look forward to another report from you sometime.
