Just to be clear on the speed issue
On the 4s, its very slow to open up email. I know its not LTE, but would the speed variable make a difference on the 4s between at&t and Verizon?

And if she does decide to get a phone with LTE, would there be a difference in speed in terms of opening up email between at&t and Verizon?
