Meanwhile I look at it this way. I expect a W hotel with better service. This is not a Park Hyatt and is not a St Regis (where we currently are). It also means that with low expectations that I can be pleasantly surprised or even wowed.

We all know that Andaz's aren't great with the GP Program and generally have to educate them, but this is a new property, it looks stunning and we're rather excited!
