I have Global Entry and there was a period where I didn't get it 4-5 trips in a row after having gotten it every time over 3 months. Then I started getting it again at the beginning of the year and have gotten it every time it's been available on UA, US, and AA at ORD (UA, US, AA), SEA, IAH, DFW, LGA (AA), and EWR.
