This isn't my department really, but what they do is place on the left hand side of the main bar a set of bottles in silver holders, so you can see what they have available. There's also the Laurent Perrier, which due to the bottle's shape isn't in that section. So you could quite easily place yourself on one of the bar stools, and taste your way through the options, with the help of the bar staff. Then when you have decided, go off to your permanent pew with the chosen refreshment.

Most people seem to make do with LPGS.
