FS and MO are HK side while Peninsula is Kowloon...being a short stay it might means something to be located closer to your, eventual, needs.
No, completely flexible. I intend to use a car service to and from the airport. And to get to Central, don't mind taking the MTR, if I end up staying elsewhere.
