you should talk to management level in advance, at all the properties
(when negotiating, sometimes beneficial to tell them youre talking to all 3)
if you have amex plat/cent, might have independent agent book through FHR
regular guests of these hotels may be aware of previous packages that offered late checkout as well
besides late checkout of room, you might also consider other options at each hotel

and you might consider other properties if they offer a late guaranteed checkout
