I am an opponent of garment bags in general and wheeled ones in particular. They are usually rather expensive and heavy because of their intricate manufacturing process. They are also packing rather inefficiently and they do not protect the contents very well. In addition, shoes bigger than size 8 often don't fit well.
In the case of a shoulder-carried bag, one should not forget that the shoulder strap will ruin the shoulder pad of a suit/blazer in no time.
If one carries a second shoulder bag, one should not forget that it's rather awkward to handle two of these at the same time. Much easier to take a rollaboard and place the briefcase on top, then handle everything with a single hand plus use the extension handle as a coat hanger when sitting in the lounge.
If you are looking for a way to pack a suit without wrinkles, check out the Master Thread on Packing stickied on top of this forum.
