The ticket was e-ticketed through points from an overseas carrier / Booking Agent through Star Alliance network so in this Situation, the NSW's Civil Tribunal shouldn't be contacted as the purchase did not occur in Australia and would not fall under the Australian Consumer Law.

The e-ticket was ticketed to Thai with both F tickets as I checked and sent an email to myself after it was ticketed. So I had proof to show Thai.
