I got 2 cards when the deal for multiple personal cards was still live; completed the spend on both and both statements closed. Whenever I get a new CC, I always set the payment due dates to be the 1st of the month, so both statements ended up closing on the same day (meaning miles posted the same day, too). I received the ~3k miles on each for the spend, but only received the 50k bonus for one of the cards.

Both of my CC statements show as having earned the 50k bonus and the amount "reported" to AA is 50k+~3k for both. My theory is that since both 50k bonuses were posted on the same day and both postings look exactly the same otherwise (both show up as "CITICARD BONUS MILES," one was kicked out by the computer as a duplicate. Does anyone know who I should contact to get this resolved? Is this a Citi or AA issue?
