Exactly, only advantage with AC would be YYZ lounge options.

My real concern is that it seems when rouge takes over a route, it takes the best flight options. So for those routes you end up paying exec fare level for premium economy...and very poor AQM. I thought maybe I was booking it wrong, guess not.

So the advantage to flying AC would be the better lounge in YYZ. The advantage to flying UA would be pretty much everything else.
