Last year was first year and there was a pretty exhaustive thread on it. A few folks had issues with some of the 'fine print', I believe even US had some issues with the wording about whether you could use a card for someone elses tickets. I bet they clean up the fine print if they run it again.
I had that question last year. The email reply said no, followed by a 2nd one within a day saying, oops sorry yes.
In the end, I used my US MC to purchase my girlfriend's tickets, and the double PQM did post to her account.
