Plates? We don't need plates! FC FA Jennifer was cool under pressure when catering did not provide plates for the dinner service.

Nicoise salad, warm roll, choice between pork & ravioli, dessert caramel Oreo Brulee (tasty!) and plenty of drink!
I was under the impression that the FC FA was to ensure that the flight was catered by checking to make sure thing were boarded?
