If you can start within 524 miles of IAH, you can get 2 seats on United with 22K ANA miles per person, transferred from AMEX (One signup bonus for BRG gets 2 tickets) or SPG. Using Avios on AA, MIA-LIR is 7500 Avios, DFW-LIR is 10K. Use AMEX BRG for those as well. Edit: AA will be your best bet from IND or ORD if you can find workable dates.
