I saw what he was doing and thought about video taping but figured the probability of seeing my bag and it being one to drop to tarmac was low. I thought about complaining to FA but expected an apathetic response. I flew on airberlin yesterday and noticed the difference in service over AA. Airberlin would try to proactive antipate and address my needs, while AA's idea of good service is to ask if I'd like the soda can.
