Ok guys, come on. This isn't even a mistake fare...this was a $0 fare. No one can expect United to honor that. The taxes are things that go directly to the government from which United does not earn anything.

Let's think about the real world for a second. If Best Buy accidentally printed a flyer with a $0 price for a 42" TV, and let's say there's a local electronics disposal tax of $10, do you think you'd ever be able to walk out of a Best Buy with a TV for $10?

The correct outcome for this is for United to refund all the taxes, cancel the tickets, and for the DOT to tell everyone they're wasting they're time.
