Catering snafu!



Plates? We don't need plates! FC FA Jennifer was cool under pressure when catering did not provide plates for the dinner service. She made sure all of us knew the situation and apologized. No apology was necessary, as there was no recourse at 37,000 feet. The main course was served in the aluminum trays and it was just like camping!

Nicoise salad, warm roll, choice between pork & ravioli, dessert caramel Oreo Brulee (tasty!) and plenty of drink!
