The post you quoted is not about bragging. It's about how DOT's common sense forced some airlines to honor the tickets they issued as ticketed. If those other carriers aren't getting a free pass from DOT on such matters, how many times should COdbaUA get a free pass to do as it wishes (by canceling tickets it has issued) before the DOT should force the airline to deliver to customers as the customers were ticketed by it?
