If the upgrade clears - for any reason - and then it is revoked - for any reason - the company policy is that downgrade compensation is to be offered per GG OVS DOWNGRADE. Maybe that has changed in the past couple weeks but I do not believe it has.
What about change of equipment? They only gave me a too bad too sad when I had been upgraded and then told at the airport the next day that the equipment had changed from 320 to 319 and those who had been seated in Row 3 on the 320 were all downgraded, including me..
