Middle of month, no miles posted yet - what's going on ?

On another note - I was only using debit card for $1.5K of daily every other day, and it worked fine.

Now, when I tied to add $200 cashover during the "idle" day it bumped into the next day preventing me from charging full $1.5K - anyone knows how posting times interfere with daily limits ?
