I complained about a bmi aircraft on the JER rotation, I had paid for full J one way upto EDI. Got an email accepting this and saying they were looking into putting them onto roughts that have no CE (uk domestic) and got 9000 haribos!

The joke was on the lgw-EDI I was on a plane with 2 3 layout for the first 3 rows so had the CE seating on the domestic leg!
