What? Not saying a 64 A/K would not be equally good or better in some respects but the time was the issue? 11pm on a 13 hour flight? Time for a slow dinner, a movie, a digestif, 8 hours sleep and breakfast if so desired. You'd even have time for a shower except the plane doesn't have one!
What about coming out of the Middle East at 230 am with only a 7 hour flight so you're awakened when you're in a deep sleep? Yuck!
