I admit to just chucking down whatever i get given on a plane, its still exciting to me chowing down at 38,000ft so im grateful for it no matter what it is. I do tend to get the beef, and even if its leather, i just think..mmm... nice bit of jerky, and enjoy it anyway! But one day recently i changed my mind and went for the fish. Simply because it was curried (Caribbean style). If i had my way every flight would stock the curried fish i had after take off from NAS-LHR on the GCM-LHR run. Not a huge fish person, but it was so simple (therein lies the key...), yet perfectly cooked and delicious as could be - it should be available in every class. But then i like to curry everything, even macaroni cheese....In fact, if they curried the beef (aka slathered it in garam masala/curry powder before cooking it, not talking about it coming with the typical curry 'sauce'), it would taste mighty fine. I am the curry king!
