Hi.

I'm flying MNL-JFK in early October on DL172. That's a 19 hour flight with a 2 hour blind stop in NRT. That's a total of 21-hours inside the aircraft! I presently am on 65H and with that in mind, I'm seriously considering upgrading to EC. I would appreciate it if anyone can provide some feedback on how EC is on this flight? It would cost me an additional $159 to get this seat. If ever, what would be a nice seat on EC given that bulkhead A to C and H to K seats are taken? Lastly, is beer and wine complimentary in regular Y? I can't get a definite answer from local reservation agents. I last flew this route and back 4 years ago and remember wine being complimentary all throughout. Thanks!
