Exactly: the work Penfed put people through and the credit scores they demand implies they have the best of best as their members with credit cards.
These members with their excellent scores are eligible for most prime cards and not really interested in a 3/0.25 card with a $25 AF. That's laughable when there is an Amex or bofa 3/2/1 card with NO AF!
