1) Route yourself NYC-DFW-HNL so you can fly on a 763 to and from HNL
2) Burning a SWU NYC to HNL is a no brainer
3) Buy a sandwich in DFW before the HNL leg as AA does not serve a proper pre-arrival snack. Just cheese and crackers.
