It's conceivable to get to the train station in 30 minutes, but I personally wouldn't make my plans counting on it.
Another wildcard is whether your plane will arrive at the gate or will deplane via bus? If via bus, add another 10 minutes while you wait for the bus to fill up and then drive around the airport.
If you arrive at the gate right on time, then it takes a few minutes to deplane, a few minutes to walk to passport control, a few minutes at passport control, a few minutes to get to the skytrain, 5 minutes for skytrain to arrive and to get to T1, and 5-10 minutes to get to ICE train station which is further away than local train station.
