I don't think I am recognized even as a Skyteam Elite+. The website wants to charge me $212 for EC from the US to Europe (One-way), so it does not appear that it is applying the Elite+ discount.

During olci you will be finally recognized by your delta status (which is sometimes incorrect). The system/people there have appearantly some difficulties to see your delta status (when you call klm for free ec.seats much of the time they put you on hold to verifying your current status by calling delta, lol great JV).
