If you have not yet done so, check Chinese sites such as elong.com and ctrip.com, which often offer very different prices from Western sites.

Also, for the cheapest tickets March may still be too far out. As far as my experience goes, full fare tickets are loaded by default so are available far out, and discounted fares are added at a later stage.
