Car rental service like Emerald Aisle in th eUk?
I know National has locations in the UK, but they do not offer the Emerald Aisle service. Do any of the car hire agencies in the UK (probably out of Leeds or Manchester) offer a kind of choose your own vehicle option? Or are you stuck with the luck of the draw?
