Did you mean to stipulate a timeframe?

Theoretically, I think it's physically possible in 32 minutes, assuming you run to passport control, are waved through quickly, and catch the Skyline right as it's about to depart. I think the OP's assumptions of the flight arriving on time and minimal immigration queues are too risky, as you are SOL with any delay (especially if your flight is directed to a remote stand), so I wouldn't plan based on those assumptions.
