Your first sign that something is wrong is when an agent says they cannot explain to you a breakdown of the moneys you're being asked to pay...
I already called and spoke to 2 agents and both of them can't/won't tell me the breakdown that's why I went the twitter route. Anyway, the twitter agent replied with the breakdown. Basically ~$225YQ + $20YR.
I'll try to call and ask for the rate desk review per your suggestion. Thanks.
