I would day it depends on the purpose of your visit. If that it a touristic one, the choice for the Marriott is obvious as it is downtown Paris.

Even with much lower rates, I would personaly not take the Hilton, again, because of the location.

For business purpose, and providing you will work in La Défense, the Hilton is acceptable.
