Flying Blue page about alaska airlines there is a check mark by Award miles and an X on Level miles. Right below it states:
Miles earned on Alaska Airlines flights will not count towards deciding your membership level. You will, however, earn Award Miles that you can use to order award tickets.
Looking at the main page about earning miles, only SkyTeam partners earn level miles, not non-alliance partners
