Thanks for taking the time to respond. I am glad you indicate that the outdoor area does not feel cramped. Having said this, the lack of outdoor lounging other than chase lounges is the first thing about this resort that really disappoints me. I guess I have become used to having not only lots of personal outside space at an Aman, but also dedicated relaxation areas. And while those chairs are fine for sunbathing, I dont think they would be the best for lounging or napping.

I wonder if there was something site specific that prevented Gathy from creating an outside lounging area or if it was just a design flaw.

I know this is nit picking, but I do think it's a pretty important oversight (well, at least for me!).
