Does anyone know if Flying Blue member are eligible to receive qualifying (level) Flights on Alaska Airlines flights? The link on the KLM website states that Award Miles can be earned with Alaska Airlines but not Level Miles, however there is no reference to Qualifying Flights.

Are Level Flights only eligible if Level Miles are given, or are they a separate thing entirely?
