Porter have just opened a 'sale' period that extends beyond December 15 and through the holiday period.

I'm planning a two leg flight on them on January 1. Right now the 'sale' is just a $20 reduction on that date and my price is $347. A week later the price for the same flights is $252 which is a substantial reduction.

My inclination is just to wait for the next 'sale' next week or the week after or week after that and look for a substantial reduction for January 1. Does anyone with more Porter experience than I have any thoughts or advice?

I did exactly the same itinerary on January 1, 2012, and my recollection is that my sale price for two of us was a shade over $400 for two or just over $200 each.
