Quick and very affordable connection into the city centre. (Use the S-Bahn light railway, not the CAT city-airport-train.)
Just walking around the centre of Vienna, even with snow, is wonderful.
Personally, I like Lisbon, but I remember it being a bit of a bus ride to get into town.
Geneva and Zurich have very good train connections into town, but once you are there, everything is going to be expensive.
