If it's about ordering another additional item (like tags) on top of your allowance for the year, I guess a call might help, but that's obviously not what the OP's issue was all about.
Update: after 8 months the Gold card still hasn't arrived. New membership year has started, but I still see the "you have already ordered ...". No doubt because my Silver card is still valid until October.
I'll call now. LDs can be funny sometimes if you cannot show them the actual card.
