Special Meals in First
Are special meals on CX the same across the entire plane irrespective of cabin, or are they different?

If one orders a special meal in first (Say, vegetarian, or diabetic, or the like), does it end up being the same meal they serve in coach and biz, or do special meals (be it quality or quantity) vary by class of service as well?
