I happened to have a T in my last name, so on the upgrade list I was the last one. The GAs were so sloppy in their work, they just went ahead and bumped me off, because my name was the last one on the list.
And they just gave me a $250 voucher...with no apologies,nada.
My upgrade was cleared like 36 hrs before flight, so I knew that I could not be the last one on the upgrade totem pole.
