I never noticed it when sleeping. I really noticed it when I was trying to get to sleep. Those times when you're half tired. I'm not an easy sleeper.
I'm trying to remember if I "heard" it more or "felt" it more. And it may genuinely be that the FAs are especially careful during the night portion of the flight, but behave normally during the day portion. Again a minor issue, but it would be nice if they could adapt their movements if not inconvenient, and they see someone laid down. In this case, I'm sure someone would say they had the living crap scared out of them since the FAs were so silent
