Hi. I have a $400 ticket with American that I can use to go anywhere. Any suggestions how I can use this towards getting to New Delhi?

I'm in Sacramento CA and seeing if I can fly to a place on American and then to India. Where would I fly to so that my ticket would be cheapest? Hawaii? Europe? Some other country? I can fly most places for under $500 that is half way between.

Any ideas would be great. Thank you.
