Any idea anyone?

Many thanks

EDIT: Called HGP. No more award rooms available for my dates. Booked a Club King at the Grand Hyatt instead. Hopefully, the lounge is worth the extra 5000 pts per night, now that I'm now Diamond anymore, that could be useful.
The lounge is probably worth the 5 k in points to most.
IMHO the lounge was improved cosmetically through renovations in recent years and the service in the lounge was better than most North America properties.
However fruit selection was poor/limited and those fruit portions that were there stingy and non replenished when they ran out.

The lounge also has removed their handy computers which I personally appreciated and valued in the past.
My biggest issue with the hotel is how they ignore social media comments positive and negative
In the past the upgrade was outstanding ,the Diamond amenity and the lounge.
All were somewhat more disappointing compared to their generous past unless a fancy over the top toilet gets you excited

Even with those negatives its still a high quality property for food and beverage and accommodations overall.
I am going to be looking into other properties in the future and only dining there something that in this property makes it one of the best in the world even without a stay.
The baking quality alone puts in a world class league of its own

Enjoy your stay!
