This is the real problem as also stated in the post above yours...how does one deal with this last minute? I woudln't count on AC being helpful in any meaningful way as they are honouring their contract with you. Seating choice is subjective and your problem. Why would they give you a break just because you don't like their new bird, if they've made the switch?
