Hi everyone

Trying to book three award nights at the PH Tokyo between Dec 31st and Jan 3rd. It says this is not possible despite paid nights being available. I didn't find anything in the T&C that says I can't book the PHT over NYE.

Any idea anyone?

EDIT: Called HGP. No more award rooms available for my dates. Booked a Club King at the Grand Hyatt instead. Hopefully, the lounge is worth the extra 5000 pts per night, now that I'm now Diamond anymore, that could be useful.
