Regularly. Certainly $7/min is expensive, but I can't place enough value on being able to call a loved one to wish them Happy Birthday or similar at the right time, even though I may be 35000ft over the middle of nowhere at the time.

Sound quality is good, but sometimes getting a connection can be a hit-or-miss thing.
