Bangkok Airways (not Air!) most certainly isn't a LCC!

Free checkin luggage, free lounge access for everyone (!), free food and drinks on board.. definitely NOT LCC! Also allows check-through luggage with lots of other airlines, milage accrual in quite some programs including AB..
