Looking at booking a flight to Dublin ... Looking at ATL to CDG (1:40 min layover) CDG to DUB -- is that enough connection time ?

My biggest concern is my return flight my connection in CDG is as follows:
DUB to CDG (1:10 min layover) -- is that enough time ?

Also am I hitting customs in CDG or DUB on my way up ?
