Yes, you will have access to those clubs. The KE lounge and the Centrair Global lounge are right across the hall from each other. The Global lounge is bigger, and in my opinion better. You can go check out both if you want, since you should have access to the KE lounge as a skyteam elite plus member flying on an international skyteam flight...
